There have been many cases where we have not received replies to inquiries or e-mails after purchases.

(1) Notes on payment
The system we use does not accept credit cards issued outside of Japan,
Payment methods accepted are Amazon pay, Pay Pal, and bank transfer. Please note that the remittance fee is the responsibility of the customer.
If you wish to pay by credit card, please contact us individually.
Please note that we cannot accept cancellations after payment has been completed.
Please note that we do not accept returns and exchanges.
Please check again before payment for details such as size, color, price, etc.

(2) Notes on shipping and customs duties
Ordered items will be shipped by EMS within 3 business days.
Please be sure to include the name of the building when you write down the delivery address. If the local carrier determines that the shipment cannot be delivered due to an incomplete address, the shipment will dispose.
We will contact you with the tracking number of your package after the shipment is completed.
Please note that there may be customs duties depending on your country and state of residence. (We do not collect customs duties in advance.)

(3)Defective products
We will inspect the product before shipping, but in the unlikely event of a defective product, please contact us within one week of arrival.
